Vintage Raleigh Road Bike - $300 in Guelph, Ontario for sale

I'm moving and I have to sell my beautiful and beloved vintage red raleigh road bike for $300 OBO.

It's in near perfect condition! It's just had a tune-up done and it had new cables put in and a new chainring. Last year it also got a new derailleur and new chain guard. So it's definitely in tiptop shape.
It's a smooth ride and I've never had any problems with it. All parts are in working order, with a new bell and new handlebar tape.
While I don't know the size of the bike I would say it would be comfortable for someone 5'7" or taller. I'm 5'5" and it was definitely a little bit too big for me.
