Gretsch G100CE Synchromatic JAZZ Archtop in Guelph, Ontario for sale

$1

I have a Gretsch G100CE archtop guitar for sale - it's about 8 months old, only played once or twice. I had visions of playing jazz, and went this route, but that project has sadly been shelved.

The guitar has the orange (natural) matt finish, fitted with 13-52 Flatwounds, has a low, buzz-free silky action, and is in perfect/mint condition. There was no case with the guitar, but I'll throw in a good gig bag. I have fitted chrome straplocks, and I'll also throw in a spare set of flatwound strings to a buyer. Last year this guitar retailed for around $1,000 including tax, but now (with exchange) it is probably around $1,200 including tax. This is a current Gretsch model.

The pictures here are from the web, actuals on request. I prefer to sell outright, but if you have an interesting trade (acoustic or electric), let's have a look. Otherwise, make a cash offer.

Here are the specs from the Gretsch website, for the Gretsch G100CE Archtop:

Jazzalicious
Take a ride uptown in style and plug it in! Reminiscent of the early Synchromatics of the 1940s, this archtop acoustic/electric has a spruce top, maple sides and back, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The G100CE features a Gretsch pickup, separate volume and tone knobs, chromatic tailpiece, aged pearloid block inlays, vintage headstock logo, and compensated bridge. The 40's design is simple and elegant, and you'll be unlikely to find anything like it in the market at this price.

Perfect for the Gretsch player looking for a no-nonsense, the G100CE guitar is a vibe-loaded acoustic that allows you to plug it in and won't break the bank! It's the couch guitar you can take to the streets.

The Synchromatic's Gretsch pickup offers flexibility and tone. The chromatic bridge and tailpiece provide balanced string tension and enhanced bass response. The art deco design is vintage cool!
